The camera is a re-branded Practika L and used the well-known and liked M42 mount.
The Porst CX3 is a fully manual camera with no light-meter and no automatic modes. It is ideal for connoisseurs of the true analog experience. Everything is on you and the camera does everything as you tell it to. No more, no less.
It is in very good visual, mechanical and optical condition. The body has no light leaks and the shutter is accurate at short as well as at long exposures. The camera has a few flecks on the focusing screen, which can be seen in the viewfinder, but which do not interfere with everyday shooting.
The lens in near perfect condition. The aperture ring works with noticeable resistance, the lenses and the aperture is also clean, dust, rust, fungus and oil-free.
